PRESS:

"Elana Harte - Father's Daughter is a mixture of Roots and Folk, with a dash of Country on the side. Her voice is deep, clear and completely commanding while her lyrics remain intensly personal and full of emotion."

"Elana Harte Local country girl Elana Harte has been making waves the past couple of years after landing in Toronto via Montreal spreading her good word of sugar coated country hooks and Indigo inspired power pop. Energy galore. "
C"est what ?, Toronto, ON
"...Probably the first thing you'll notice about Montrealer Elana Harte is her voice: deep, clear and completely commanding of the song structures she arranges around her observations of the human zoo...Harte doesn't so much follow as walk beside her muse..."
Hour Magazine, Toronto, ON
"Night @ The Rivoli - Elana Harte was wonderful. Those of us who could stay got a solid offering of powerful, lived-in blues with a folk/rock framework delivered in a voice that was part deep-throated purr and part rebel howl. Solid guitar work gave her just the right punching foundation to let her stand up and show us the full range, the depth and breadth of her spirit. Yes."
